This grey gneiss (commercially also classified as granite) is quarried in various extraction areas across the Adula Alps, surrounding the Valserberg, and can therefore vary in colour, structure, and commercial naming depending on the specific quarry and location.The material is highly suitable for large-scale interior and exterior applications. Thanks to its acid resistance, it is ideal for applications such as kitchen countertops.
