Designed by Bergmeisterwolf Architekten, the new Hotel Badhaus is the result of a sensitive transformation of a former public bathhouse into a refined example of contemporary architecture rooted in memory. Our contribution focused on the bathrooms, clad in Lake Tahoe quartzite, a natural stone with deep green hues, chosen for its strong connection to the element of water. The material is combined with reddish-toned metal accents, also found in the exterior spaces, creating a cohesive dialogue between inside and out, design and nature. The result is a space that feels immersive, tactile, and truly authentic.
