Exploring the Origins of Stone – A Journey into Earth’s History 🌍✨
During Marmomac 2025 we had the pleasure of hosting a special workshop led by our geologist Mariachiara Zaffani. Together, we traced a timeline of Earth’s history – an inspiring journey that made natural stone come alive as more than just a material, but as a story written by nature itself.
The response was overwhelming: distributors, architects, and designers joined us to explore how natural stone was formed, what defines its geological composition, and how these origins shape its unique properties.

This workshop was part of our commitment to share that passion and knowledge with the community.
