In 2026, Bagnara will continue to take on social responsibility, supporting people in challenging life situations and promoting two selected projects in Italy and Ethiopia – where concrete help is needed.
Concrete help for people affected by spinal muscular atrophy
Bagnara supports the ‘Numero Verde Stella’ service run by the organisation Famiglie SMA APS ETS:
A free hotline through which people affected by spinal muscular atrophy and their families can quickly receive first aid as well as medical, psychological, legal and social advice – competent, humane and reliable.
Sustainable support for doctors and nurses in Ethiopia
Following the expansion of the hospital in Attat, Bagnara is once again supporting South Tyrolean Doctors for the World this year – with a contribution towards the construction of accommodation for doctors and nurses.
This is another step in the company's long-standing commitment to improving local medical care.
Last year, Bagnara supported two further initiatives:
- The Dakuna women's project in Ethiopia, which offers young women, school leavers and mothers without career prospects training and earning opportunities – for greater independence and security in life.
- The South Tyrolean association Peter Pan, which supports children with cancer and their families with psychosocial support and practical help – with heart, experience and commitment.
